Did you know that a new Code of Conduct (the Code) came into effect for Chiropractors?
AHPRA published a revised shared Code of Conduct for Allied Health practitioners, which includes chiropractors and this code came into effect on 29th June 2022.
What does the shared code represent?
The shared Code was developed for the purpose of protecting the public and it helps you to understand what standards of professional behaviour and conduct are expected from registered health practitioners.
The relevant National Boards evaluate practitioner conduct and Practitioners have a professional obligation to be familiar with and apply the shared Code of Conduct.
The code applies to registered health practitioners in 12 professions.
You can read a summary of the code below or you can read a pdf summary here.
