CANCELLATION POLICY

Naturally Balanced Chiropractic is committed to providing exceptional service on time. We understand that due to your busy schedule and unforeseen circumstances, you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us. Unfortunately, when a patient cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another patient from being treated. No-shows and late cancellations impact service quality and the missed opportunity for another patient. For these reasons, Naturally Balanced Chiropractic, has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

  • Because we reserve a time especially for you, we prefer you give us  a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule
  • However, we do understand that circumstances change and try to be flexible. In doing so, we ask that you make any schedule changes before 6.30 pm the day before your treatment to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee
  • A no-show or late cancellation is defined as (a) an appointment you do not attend or (b) an appointment you provide notice to cancel or reschedule after 6.30 pm the day before, these both will incur a 100% no-show/cancellation fee

REMINDERS

  • We ask that you please confirm your appointment: we will contact you before your appointment by SMS and/or email. The SMS is sent out at 8 am the day before your appointment.
  • You must reply to the SMS to confirm your appointment. It is as easy as responding YES or NO when you receive the SMS.
  • Please note that you can also leave us a voicemail during and after business hours if you need to cancel, reschedule or confirm.
  • If you have not confirmed your appointment by 6.30 pm the evening before your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Please keep in mind that we maintain a full schedule. Even one patient running late impacts how the day runs and may inconvenience you and the following patients.
  • We understand about transport delays and circumstances out of your control, so please call us and let us know if you are running behind so we can manage accordingly.
  • Please understand that if you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened.
